At HOCK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
